Testimonials

What Our Clients Say

I began working with PCI | HealthDev when we decided to build a de novo DaVita dialysis unit north of Des Moines, Iowa. I investigated several preferred builders recommended by DaVita, but in the end, settled on PCI | HealthDev as it became clear that their goals aligned best with mine and those of the dialysis provider. They were always available as well as patient, and they spent a good deal of time educating me about commercial real estate investing, a field entirely new to me. Their flexibility on the terms of the agreements, as well as their desire to satisfy us in every way possible, have shown this company to be an excellent business partner. I have no doubt that I made the right choice, and I look forward to working with them on other projects in the future.
