PCI | HealthDev assists clients with the financial management of their medical real estate assets. For a fee, PCI | HealthDev will manage these responsibilities on behalf of the landlord:

• Quarterly management of: 

  • Cash distributions 

  • Distribution letters

• Management of and access to the MyHealthDev Asset Portal, and other services associated with the financial and accounting operations of the Company.
